    1. Contingency Model: a contingency fee is calculated as a percentage of the annual salary of the placed candidate. These fees run between 12% and 25% of the candidate’s total first-year annual earnings.

    2. Contract/Project-Based Model: our agency is hired on a contract basis to provide a specific service, such as recruiting, training, or employee development. The agency is paid a flat fee for the service provided.
